The right to vote is widely and important as human right, this right is enforced for millions around the world.

Sometime, people who is commit crimes, homeless, disablity could llimited the rights to election.

It's unfair to those people.According to the vote rights ACT, the rights cannot take by other people either they are different colour.This rights seem to be most successful civil rights in the United States Congress.

Bill Of Rights

There are many rights for all people who are living. By using different Amendment to become a rule for US. It just like the rule needs other people to follow. However, not everyone follow or agree with those rules. Therefore, many people have crime problem. Sometime, those amendments can changes, if the reason is make sense.

The rights are depending in our hand, we cannot forget those natural rights and tries to agree the rule if there are helpful to other people or country.

African-American Civil Rights Movement

In the history, Africa was initially came to United States when the farmer need labor(slavery) problem. United States civil rights movement of the 1960s is the rise in the United States and protest actions to the African-American civil rights struggle.

1896 United States Supreme Court to "Plessy vs. Ferguson" decision, the establishment of blacks to adopt the "isolated but equal" the legality of the measure, the same as blacks in the South caused serious blow to human rights , the Supreme Court judgement in the "isolation" was

part of the implementation of a very thorough, but the "equal" part is

not, in the South appear more apartheid regime Act, and even in factories, hospitals and the armed forces have taken race isolation system.

Federal Supreme Court in 1954, "Brown v. Board of Education" case, the judge did not provide apartheid schools black students a fair education, public schools should be ethnically mixed. After 58, the legal concepts overturned, and a series of African-Americans before the civil rights movement started.

What are human rights?

The human rights are the natural rights to all human beings. All rights are Inseparable and whether they are civilze ornatural life.Because the law could help the state to have freedom, such as freedom of speech.
We are the people whocreate a law and protect the us by the law. As Article states “All human beings are born freeand equal in dignity and rights.” This quote shows it is not big deal where people living sex,and colour they have .Also the language they spoke.

We are equal as other and using those natural rights to fight with other people who has discrimination. Sometimes, people disagree with those natural rights because they think it's unfair and illegal.It should have people who is top one and bottom one. Therefore. Human right is differnet idea for everyone.

Article 10, European Convention on Human Rights

According to article 10, states that european human right can protect their

freedom of speech. After the rights is came true(changeable).The freedom

of speech is free to express your thought and personality to other people .It

is problem to keep all right and power in one person.Therefore.those rights

and laws are separted by many people.

The law are necessary in a democratic society because it is protect safety for the

nation and avoid crime happen.In order to protect the rights of others,

the law an be limited by:

National security, territorial integrity or public safety.
The prevention of disorder or crime.
The protection of health or morals.
The protection of the reputation or rights of others.
The prevention of the disclosure of information received in confidence.
For maintaining the authority and impartiality of the judiciary.

The Human Rights at Issue

Human Rights relating to health are set out in basic human rights treaties and include:

The human right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health, including
reproductive and sexual health.

The human right to equal access to adequate health care and health related services, regardless of sex, race, or other status.

The human right to equitable distribution of food.
The human right to access to safe drinking water and sanitation.
The human right to an adequate standard of living and adequate housing.
The human right to a safe and healthy environment.
The human right to a safe and healthy workplace, and to adequate protection

for pregnant women in work proven to be harmful to them.

The human right to freedom from discrimination and discriminatory social practices, including female genital mutilation, prenatal gender selection, and female infanticide.

The human right to education and access to information relating to health, including reproductive health and family planning to enable couples and individuals to decide freely and responsibly all matters of reproduction and sexuality.

The human right of the child to an environment appropriate for physical and mental development.

In my own opinion, I agree with those human rights because the health is most important point to unity the country. Everyone has the right to the family with health life.If older people and children was sickness and disability could have special care in the hospital or care center. The right is regardless for anyone.The better health they have the better country will united.
